1. Where is your shop?
Our office/showroom is located at 54, Jalan Puteri 5/18, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor. Opens 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm Sat.

2. When do we make payment?
Payment MUST be made at least 24 hours before collection/delivery. This is because we need to assemble the cameras and test overnight before we send out the goods. This is also to prevent joybidders as there are too many around. We also discourage last minute cancellations by implementing this policy.

3. How will I know you will not cheat my money after I make the payment?
We are an established organisation, formed in Sep 2004 as a Private Limited (Sendirian Berhad) company. We’ve been online for a number of years and we intend to do business online and also offline for many more years to come. We can’t risk losing our integrity over small amount of money. Therefore cheating a few hundred Ringgit from a buyer is definitely not worth it at all.

4. I do not trust buying goods over the Internet / making payments to Online accounts.
Lelong has created a VERY good system, whereby conmans and fraudulent sellers will be banned from the site and also all cases will be reported to the police. They have also created a RELIABLE rating system for buyers to rate sellers after every transaction. Based on the rating system, you should be able to place the level of trust onto each seller.

5. How can I claim the warranty for your products?
You can return the goods to our office for checking. Please refer to address on FAQ #1.

6. Can I self-collect?
Yes, you can self-collect. However, payment still needs to be made first before we make an appointment to self-collect. Refer FAQ #2.

7. Is the price negotiable? / I am a dealer, can I get dealers’ price?
We’re already selling at wholesale/dealers price, so all the listed prices are fixed and final. We only allow discounts for bulk purchases / project basis.

8. For the similar product, why is your price higher than competitors?
Please be aware which items you are comparing. You can’t compare the quality of China made products to Taiwan or Korean made products. As a specialist, we only sell premium quality cameras and recorders. We have selectively tested each and every product we carry before we market them. Of course there will be cheaper vendors, but is the quality the same? Please bear in mind that picture clarity, durability and reliability is very important in surveillance. Otherwise, it’ll defeat the purpose of buying one in the first place. Why try saving a few Ringgit but suffer with inferior quality products?

9. Can I combine shipment?
Yes, we’ll calculate the total weight of all purchases and quote you the courier fees. Unlike some sellers, we do not make any profit through shipment.
